The Golden Glow Soap

In the bath/shower, work into a lather, apply directly to wet skin and massage gently using hands or a sponge and then rinse with water.
Pat skin dry and follow up with a moisturiser or body cream of your choice.
this soap can be paired with the Golden Glow Cream for even better results.

Frequency: Once - twice daily

Turmeric Powder

Turmeric is a front runner for skin problem such as hyperpigmentation, acne, and eczema. It contains anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, and antioxidant effects. The curcumin in turmeric reduces the excess melanin production therefore reducing appearance of hyperpigmentation.

Licorice Root Powder

Licorice Root Powder works by minimising the production of the enzyme tyrosinase to reduce discolouration. It fights the free radicals by inhibiting their production therefore preventing excess melanin from being produced. Licorice root powder contains liquiritin, an active compound that helps to disperse and reduce existing melanin in the skin, it contains the compounds glycyrrhizin (a powerful antioxidant which can protect the skin from the ageing free radicals) AND licochalcone (protects your skin by strengthening its defence mechanisms), both of these compounds have been researched and found to be beneficial in treating hyperpigmentation and atopic dermatitis (eczema) by suppressing the effects of proinflammatory mediators.  

Shea Butter:

Contains high levels of fatty acids and vitamins which makes it one of the best ingredients for softening skin. It contains anti-inflammatory and healing properties which reduces the appearance of hyperpigmentation. This natural butter reduces the appearance of stretch marks and scarring, and it is thought that shea butter stops keloid fibroblasts scar tissue from reproducing, while encouraging healthy cell growth to take their place. It helps stimulate collagen production because of its high levels of Vitamin A.

Jojoba Oil

Contains Vitamin E and B-Complex aid in skin repair and balancing skin natural oil production. It contains anti-inflammatory purposes which help to alleviate symptoms of common skin conditions such as dermatitis, rosacea, eczema, and psoriasis.
